All good with the trip, only when we got in to Jersey one of the staff was very animated trying to get cars to go over to one side that resulted in someone damaging their car. But accidents happen wit

Calm crossing. Shuttle bus system meant foot passengers were not queing outside for long to get on the boat which was very welcome. Staff were pleasant. Boat was not too crowded.

Brilliant - preferred the ship to the Hydrofoil - smoother, cleaner and more comfortable.

Both services were on time and everything was done in a timely manner, communication was slightly better in Guernsey but very happy with how easy it is to use the service especially with a toddler
