Calm crossing. Shuttle bus system meant foot passengers were not queing outside for long to get on the boat which was very welcome. Staff were pleasant. Boat was not too crowded.

Brilliant - preferred the ship to the Hydrofoil - smoother, cleaner and more comfortable.

On time. Straight forward embarkation and debarkation. Pleasant staff. Comfortable lounge
