Great trip and fantastic value for money. Staff were helpful and attentive. I can’t see the point of all the hassles at Dover when this trip was seamless and no massive queues.

Smooth trip, all went well. We were late sailing - and no info / updates were given as to reason for delay or likely boarding times - but otherwise no issues.

Return trip from jersey to St Malo delayed by an hour - only complaint was lack of information for passengers waiting in their cars.

Had a good trip both to and from Jersey. Staff were attentive even allowing for delay in return trip because of weather.

The booking process is straightforward online and the price was satisfactory. The boat journey to Jersey I upgraded and went in the Horizon lounge and had a great seat with amazing views out to sea.

Was on time, which was good for our plans. Plenty of room on the boat. Lady in duty free very helpful.
