Thank you for your feedback, although we are clearly disappointed with the review and the details of the issue you have encountered.
We only produce premium products with premium prints on all our products and in no circumstance should any customer expect to see any print washing off ever. Not on the first wash nor on the 1,000 wash. It is not acceptable to see our items where the prints have washed off like this and I have already raised this issue with our print team to investigate the reason why this happened and ensure it does not happen again.
I have searched our customer service emails and have not found any messages from you on this so would ask you to reach out to our team at info@edenashram.com where we can get this issue sorted for you and the products replaced immediately.
No customer should ever expect to receive a garment that is not correct, and in the rare cases that there is ever an issue with any product we send, we will of course get these products replaced for you.
I hope this offers you the assurances you need to know that this will be sorted 100%. I’m truly sorry for the experience you have received but please note that we agree and will replace the items immediately.
