We have tried to reach out to you via email but have not had a response yet. This may be because your gmail account is putting these in your spam/junk folder but please note that we are available to provide assistance on this order and want to make things right.
Under no circumstance should any product we send to customers be like this, as we are proud of our premium garments and prints which are the very best quality available today. If there is any issue with your item (which it seems from your review there is) then we would ask you to contact us directly and send us some images of the issue so our print team can evaluate and investigate.
Of course, if there is an issue we will sort this for you and send you a replacement. No quibble, no problem. No customer will ever have to accept an inferior product from us and in the rare cases where an item has been sent to a customer that is not of the quality we would expect then we will ensure this is replaced 100% of the time.
