Don’t like the fact that the security deposit is taken at time of payment & is only refunded during the 28 day period following departure from the cottage.

Excellent service, booking was dealt with very efficiently. Staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble, everything went according to plan. Would definitely use again or recommend to others.
