Had a few issues and Ingrid Flutes were professional, helpful and courteous. Happy to deal with and book through them again.

After booking the cottage online and receiving confirmation on the website, no booking was actually made. I only found out this information upon check the day prior to departure.

Quickly responded to email queries and dealt with any issues promptly. Very pleasant to deal with.
