We are sorry to hear that you feel you did not receive the high level of customer service Inspire Estate Agents strive to provide to all our customers.
During your move in it was noted that the keys were with a contractor who provided these within 15 minutes. During this time, to minimise any delays we carried out the paperwork at the office. While you were at the office one of our agents met with the contractor at the property and facilitated your sofas being delivered at the property.
Regarding your feedback on issues not being straight forward, we note during your time at the property there were 3 maintenance issues reported, all which were resolved.
