We are sorry to hear that you experienced issues with the boat and how it functioned on your trip, but we are happy to hear our Base staff could provide you with a portable AC for your group to have some relief during this incredibly hot season we are experiencing. We do pride ourselves in delivering excellent customer service and we are happy to hear that you received just that from the Base team in Le Mas d'Agenais. Sorry for any confusion about pumping out versus draining, it is probably a good thing though that you did pump out a marina, but unfortunately more costly.
