Poor quality of the goods and the customer service. First they accept the design AND the text via the website and then call to say that there's no space for it. No toll-free number to respond.

The nametags had 17 characters on Line 1, 19 on Line 2 and 20 on Line 3. This is about as much as we can cram onto the little nametags. For larger print we recommend fewer characters.
Our "instructions for use" which are enclosed in the pack tell you how to differentiate between the 2 types of nametags. The stickers are on the opaque backing and the iron-ons are on the transparent backing.
We are tyring to be eco-friendly by not having any excess packaging!

I wish there was a package which has more clothing tags included rather than non-clothing tags. a combination of some colour clothing and non-clothing tags in a same package would be great too
