When looking into your order I can see that your items were delivered within the estimated delivery dates provided at the time of purchase and were not delayed. As a little more information for you, items are displayed as different status' based on the whereabouts of the stock and the estimated lead time of the supplier & estimated time to clear customs: - "In Stock" = These are items physically in stock in our UK warehouse and can be dispatched on a next working day delivery (size restrictions apply) - "Available" = These items are in stock in our suppliers warehouse (either in the UK or internationally) and are available to order from them with a standard estimated lead time - This is based on thousands of previous orders and how long they usually take to get from the processing stage, to delivery to our warehouse - "Pre-order" = This is not in stock in our warehouse, nor our suppliers warehouse & the dates provided are when the stock is estimated to be back in stock with our supplier (and will still take the usual timeframe to get to us through delivery and customs). Pre-order dates from most of our suppliers are updated once a week (occasionally multiple times a week - dependant on brand), this way when you place your order dates are given with the most up-to-date information we are provided at the time I hope this helps to clarify things ready for your next order!
