I am sorry to hear your experience has not been what we as a company would expect. From looking into this I can see that unfortunately it does look like your order did indeed suffer from a short delay. At the time you placed your order we were aware that the supplier of this product was in the process of moving their warehouse to a new location and we were given a 1 week window from them for the move (which was reflected in your original estimated delivery dates), however until closer to the end of your initial estimated delivery dates, we were not updated by our supplier that the move was taking longer than expected which resulted in a short delay. Just for your knowledge.. By the time your order on our system had estimated delivery dates soon coming to a close, our Buying Team had already reached out to our supplier to request an update (so we could update you if required), so your order would never be left past the estimated dates without you knowing in advance on the rare occasion that you were to experience a short delay. I hope this helps to clarify our process a little further, to avoid any concerns for your next order with us.
