Thank you for your review, we take all feedback on board and will discuss this internally and use your comments to help us improve. I am sorry to hear your experience has not been what we as a company would expect. From looking into this I can see that unfortunately it seems there was some issues with Royal Mail's service when they attempted to deliver the item to you. I am afraid that we are quite limited on what we are able to control on our couriers systems, but we cannot see from our side that the item was requested to a local depot in the tracking. That said, I am happy to hear that you did manage to receive your order. I apologise for the inconvenience here, if you could kindly reach out to us we would be more than happy to see if there is anything we are able to do for you on your next order with us to ensure the situation doesn't occur again.
