Firstly, thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with our returns policy, however it is standard practice for most companies not to offer a free of charge return process, and as we cover the outgoing delivery costs to yourself, we kindly ask you to cover the return journey if the product is not suitable. When investigating your review, unfortunately I cannot see that any contact has been made to us regarding your order, nor has a returns form even been requested (so we were completely unaware of any issue until now). You are still welcome to contact us if you are within the 14 day return notification period so we can authorise it and send over a returns form for you. After looking into the actual item you purchased, it looks to only have a weight of 5.5kg, with the longest length less than 90cm, which would not usually be classed as a large or heavy item (and most couriers would class this as a small parcel when returning)? If you are able to perhaps reach out to us via our support system with some more information regarding your purchase, we can certainly look into this further for you to see if there is anything else we can assist with.

Firstly, we're so happy to hear that you love your order from us and thank you for you time leaving us a review. We look forward to you using Naken Interiors again! 🤩 I also investigated the order to see where we could improve, but when looking into your order I can see that your items were delivered at the earliest part of the estimated delivery dates provided at the time of purchase and were not delayed. As the items were not physically in stock in our warehouse, we needed to order them in from our supplier to then be dispatched to you - I can also see that you opted for the priority dispatch delivery (which meant the day your items arrived with us they were dispatched to you as a matter of urgency) - I hope this helps to clarify things ready for your next order! 😊
