Thank you for your review, although I am sad to see that your item arrived in this condition - As I am sure you are! From looking into this I can see that you reached out to us after you left us this review (so we were completely unaware of this situation at the time). I can however confirm that we have since arranged a free of charge replacement to be delivered to you as soon as possible. Unfortunately on very rare occasions a quality control issue might 'slip through the net' in our suppliers warehouse and our own (which as you can appreciate cannot be completely eradicated), but please be assured that damaged/faulty item claims will always be resolved to an acceptable level for our customers and as swiftly as possible (to avoid any further inconvenience to them). Thank you for your review, we take all feedback on board and will discuss this internally and use your comments to help us improve. I am sorry to hear your product has not been what was expected and developed a fault over some period of time. When looking into your review, I can see that we have been in close contact with you and our supplier to try to resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible. Unfortunately some suppliers require us to fully investigate the fault on an older purchase before we are able to provide a solution for you (which we fully appreciate can sometimes delay a replacement) - They do this to ensure if sending a replacement to you, or another customer the same issue will not occur again causing you further inconvenience on your purchase. I can see that as a resolution we have since fully refunded your item (as requested) whilst we continue to investigate the fault with our supplier.
