Good afternoon Thank you for your review. We will ask our colleagues to revisit the booking confirmation to see what can be done to make the barrier code clearer. The requirement to confirm the bookings is set into the booking system. We have fed this back to the supplier but, unfortunately, there is no quick fix as this system is used by a number of providers. Kind regards National Trust Holidays

Quiet and level site. Pitch numbering was unclear, but important as site is unmanned. We were the only unit on site when there but when busy this would be important.
