Thank you for your review. We initially spoke to you on the 3rdof April and following a fact find, we sent you the loan paperwork to read and sign on the same day. We received the signed paperwork from you on the 4thof April. Your loan completed on 19th April, just 15 days after receiving your signed paperwork (a process that typically takes 3 to 4 weeks). During the 15 days, we kept you up to date with phone calls, emails and secure messages within the Ocean app. You were advised of our broker fee multiple times, both verbally and in writing and you signed documents to confirm the same.
