Hi, as I said in previous conversation we have NOT received any emails from you, please just believe us, we've checked spam folders double and triple checked daily even directly after we have phoned you and we're told you had sent emails, but we have received a text message but it comes from a no reply text from you so we cannot talk to you or reply, and the text messages gave us dates you didn't deliver and no explanation why after we made sure we were in all day twice on the same order you did this to us, then after you didn't deliver you sent a text to say it would be arriving the next day so we then have to re arrange our plans and book another day of work because you didn't deliver, please just consider how this affects your customers lives, we will give you another chance as we have had a good service from you in the past. But I'm afraid if you let us down again we'll have to find another company to supply us. Thanks Richard
