Sorry to hear that you had a problem. Understand that it was Covid related. However we will arrange a re-schedule or refund. It's very very rare that this happens. Again apologies we will resolve this for you.

This matter was resolved very quickly - I was contacted by one of the Pliates teachers who aplogised and explained that the class had been cancelled due to a family Covid outbteak.I was offered the choice of a refund or another class and have chosen another class as my previous experience was good. I think this incident was a one off and now rhat it has been satisfactorily resolved i will certainly return to Pilates on the avenue
