I cannot recommend Ris and her classes highly enough! She has been very supportive during my pregnancy ( antennal Pilates) and knowing all challenges and pains I went through, was able to put together

At my age (74) one needs to remain strong and supple. Emphasis on core muscles builds strength and balance. The exercises are excellent in this way. Others promote joint mobility and general muscle
