Sorry to hear you had an issue with accessing the website. Overall we get very high ratings regarding the ease of using the platform. We are not aware of any issues with the website availability. We monitor its uptime and can't see any issues. Unfortunately, we have no control over Gmail.
Best thing is to open the email and tick the button saying "This is not spam". You would on completion of your order been invited to open an account where you can view all your bookings, re-book and favorite your instructor at any time.
