I would have liked to be able to purchase all Spieglau glasses on your homepage as well. On the Spieglau homepage it was not possible to pay with credit card, even though it said one could.
I found the Riedel website both user-friendly and packed full of useful information about their most excellent products. I also very much appreciated how the Company kept it in touch with me by e-mail

thanks for your feedback - but I really can not understand it.Maybe it was a misunderstanding that the goods are only sent with advance payment. Since your credit card did not work and you did not respond to our emails regarding the paypal payment - we had to stop the delivery. We would really love to help you and have you as a customer.
