It was the website that I rated 5. But their phone-accessed service-- both the agents for RS programs and their air division--have been exemplary.

Could not get my desired date. They had 1 spot remaining and showed "open". I required 2 spots. The website did not explain the difficulty. It just said there was a problem.

Easy to use, accurate, good explanations. One thing I would recommend: a list of programs that can be combined by date to make it easier to schedule several consecutive programs in a particular regio

It's an easy site to get around, in terms of info on the tours. Not as easy when i comes to booking a tour with a designated roommate. Had to call about that one. I was also surprised that there is no
