Can’t pay on line, member info board is inoperable.

The website is easy to navigate, and searching for new travel experiences provides multiple choices.

The people who answer the phone are very pleasant and patient. If you register online, it is very easy. The website text is large enough to read. The site navigation is good.

Ability to submit payments on line has not bee functional for months. I don't like having to log in a second time in order to go to the discussion section.

The Program was well organized. The staff was warm and friendly and very knowledgeable. An overall great experience.

This is the third trip we have purchased with RS. We've looked at other providers but always come back to RS for quality and education.

There is not way to list available trips by date. Say I want trips available of a certain date in some country, I can't get a list of trips by date during that period. I just get a list of trips and
