Web site was very good. When phoning staff was very helpful. Long wait time on calls, however.

The website process was very efficient and covered all the bases. It left no major questions unanswered.

Cheerful, quick to understand my issue, very polite and very helpful.

The website was not sufficiently flexible to allow me to enter the configuration of my group.

In general, it's easy to search, and easy to make a reservation. Except for parts of it sometimes being down, I have never had a problem.

Easy to set up

Enrolling in a RS program online is straightforward and easy. Thus, my 5 star rating. However, I have LOTS of complaints about other aspects of the RS website. Lots!

So easy to book a trip. And airplane ticket quickly booked for me.

Easy to navigate. Found what I was looking for.

Not only is the website great, but speaking to a live person when I had two questions was very good.
