Sorry to hear this. Did you contact us regards to any damage at all? We would normally ask for pictures of any damage and replace these over for you?

Having looked back at the orders, there was a year in between them, during time unfortunately the floor had changed from a basic laminate to the v groove, so yes the click system would have changed. If we were made aware of the previous order, perhaps we could have explained this. Regardless i hope you managed to get something sorted.
