Thank you for your review. Our Harbour Oak is a very popular floor, and twice during lock down it had gone completely out of stock, and had gone into a pre order basis. Every time an order came through for harbour Oak, we called, left voicemails or emailed individual customers to see if they were, happy to wait, have the item changed to an alternative, or of course have the order refunded. We sell over 170 different floors with only a handful being an issue.
