Thank you for your feedback. Wow that was an early start! Can only imagine it would have been due to the depot being extremely busy, and trying to get through their freight for that day. Unfortunately, the drivers are not insured to carry goods, so it is a kerbside delivery. We also find this is the best way of getting your flooring to you, and minimises damage, as it is secured to a pallet, for transpotation and delivery.Hope you love your flooring :)

Thank you for your review. Our delivery charge is £35.99 for next day delivery, normally our customers add skirting, beading, accessories etc with their flooring so it is more cost effective, rather than the skirting itself. It is something we are trying to look into, but due to the lengths of these skirtings being 2.4m long, this its self can raise the price alone.Regardless i hope you have managed to finish off your room, and you are pleased with it.

Thank you for your kind review, trying not to be biased but couldnt agree more !This has a proper showhome look, and is so hard to show online in pictures because it is so glossy, and the light can reflect off this and does not show it to its full potential. 👍
