Had a long wait to speak to an adviser, twice left phone number for the call back service but did not call back!! once through to an adviser service was good.

Reasonable value, but I simply wanted to ensure a rowing dinghy and it didn't fit either in dinghies (because it isn't a sailing boat) and it was a bit of a misfit on the rowing boat pages too.
