Morning Lucille, we are a UK website so therefore we do not work in dollars. The cost of the Ivermectin drops on our website is £13.99 (GBP) and the standard delivery charge to USA is £15.95 (GBP), therefore the total amount charged was £29.94 (GBP). What you paid in dollars is the conversion rate for the £29.94 GBP. I hope this all now makes sense, we do not 'rip-off' any of our customers, we have no hidden charges or fees, we are a reputable UK online company.
