Morning Susan, when you register on the website you are automatically sent an e-mail containing your 5% discount code to use at checkout, maybe it went in your spam. The code is active for 1 month so maybe you could use next time, if not please just e-mail me before ordering and I will give you a code to use.

Hi, sorry you feel you have had poor service. Your order was placed at 8.30pm on Wednesday night and was dispatched on Friday. You would have received an e-mail on Friday afternoon confirming dispatch and tracking information, your parcel should be delivered to you today.
