Hi thankyou for taking the time to write a review your comments are very important to us and we are acting on them at all times. We are a little disappointed that you did not raise concerns to our staff on site who would have been able to help you with some of your issues. It is difficult to have our reception manned all day as we have minimum staff and all of them have to join the cleaning staff on site to have our cabins sparkling clean for all of our guests on arrival but they are available at any time should you call the site number. We have recently redesigned our lodges with beds that have access on both sides which would have suited you better and we would love you to come and try those new lodges.
