We send an automated email as soon as your order leaves us and instruct the haulier to inform you at least one hour before delivery so someone is there to unload. Sometimes you might need to check your junk mail folder for our emailed notification. If you were refused sign in it must be something wrong with your password. You can request a password reset by clicking on the link and that takes a couple of minutes and then you will be able to sign in. We try our best but we cannot be held responsible for hauliers lack of communication especially when they are under such pressure at the moment with a shortage of 100,000 truck drivers. Some are therefore a bit inexperienced and may not remember to call before delivery. If you need to book your delivery please let us know so we can inform the haulier who would then call you to arrange this.

We do not have a messaging facility on our system but we do send out an automated email as soon as we have dispatched your bench and it usually takes 3-4 working days to reach you once it leaves us. If we shipped it earlier than 10-16 weeks you are lucky, as we have been inundated with orders during lockdown which is what caused such a long lead time on some products. Glad you got the bench though. You will be enjoying it for a long time to come and no maintenance to do of course.

Not sure why XDP didn't deliver on 21st May as it was scheduled. Please keep us posted if they fail to deliver again. It's frustrating for both us and our customers when carriers fail to deliver as promised, but the volume of freight and parcels is huge at the moment and many carriers are struggling to meet demand.
