Quick to respond to issues but no compensation for ruined items

Lid valve came off and would not fix back on. Major leak ruined 2 bags (should have learnt the 1st time but thought it was fixed). Root 7 have replaced the lid but not sure I trust it!

The coffee mug is well built with an easy clip on system that allows to secure the coffee while travelling. The ceramic coating is keeping the coffee taste amazing.
