We are sorry to hear that your order did not arrive, if you had of contacted us we would have sent you out a replacment order. We can see from the parcel tracking that Royal Mail had a problem with the delivery address that you provided when you placed your order online. We have now issued you with a full refund and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
