We are so very sorry to hear about the loss of your wife, and can now only extend our heartfelt apologies for our handling of the situation. We certainly would never intend to add stress and upset at such a difficult time. Whilst it is necessary for us to work in line with our booking conditions, our poor communication and the error that led to you being contacted again to chase the balance despite the previous conversation, is absolutely not in line with our customer service values.
