The shipping is always fast and the company is extremely responsive. Basically, all the Co-Q 10 is made by one business in Japan and Epic4Health is one of the most reputable distributors.

Excellent service, got my ubiquinol CQ10 next day. I think Epic has the best Kaneka CQ10 on the market. Year after year you roll out quality products, and informative information on the ingredients.

Formally receive products within four days, now it took over a week I suggest you go back to your previous delivery service.

Dear Allen, Sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with Epic4health and our service. I did look into this and you placed your order on July 8th and it was delivered on July 13th. I know you stated it usually gets to you in 4 days but this was only 1 more day than usual. We have not changed how we ship our orders. Your order went to USPS via Priority Mail and sometimes there could be a slight delay that is totally outside of our control. We always strive to keep our customer happy and seeing a 2 star review definitely hurts, even more so from a long time customer like you! Kind Regards, Karen
