I’ve always used Grayline for our out of town tours because of the narration I’ve come to know, but the driver on this particular tour who was narrating had no energy, could not be understood at all

This guide had a wealth of knowledge. The problem was he had a bad attitude and he mumbled so we only caught about every 5th word!
