I didn’t receive my deposit. I thought once the vehicle was under warranty it should be covered with no access fee.

Hello, The money paid at the start of the hire was to increased your damage protection on the vehicle and this is something you were offered with an option to go with the fully refundable option. As this was something you chose you have paid this as explained on the call and would not be due any money back. If you would like to discuss this further, please give us a call. Kind regards, LCH
