Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback based on your recent hire with us. We are delighted to see that you were happy with the timely delivery of the vehicle.
We pride ourselves on maintaining our fleet to the highest standard, so that we can continue to provide luxury vehicles for our customers. Whilst I fully appreciate your comments regarding the alloy scratch, there was a cost incurred to have the alloy restored due to the damage to the alloy. Alloys are not covered under our standard wear and tear policy.
We do however constantly review our policies with the view of ensuring we provide the highest level of service possible, so we will take your comments on board and thank you again for taking the time to share your experience and suggestions with us.
