Thank you for leaving us feedback and we do apologise for any frustration this situation has caused. I've caught up with my colleagues and understand we didn't receive all your hours from the client. We can only pay our contractors for the hours confirmed by the client so if there is a discrepancy, we do ask our contractors to check in with the client to resolve - this is the quickest way that we can then get it all fixed for you. I understand that this has all been rectified now but we will look into this further to see if there's anything else we can do to improve this process. We'll also look into the response time that you received from our team, we do try and get back to queries as soon as possible but I do apologise if this was late - it may have been where the consultant was looking into your query but they should've let you know this. Thanks again for bringing this to our attention.
