Very sharp taste, & was not as described.
Great cheese & would certainly buy again. Really can taste that smokey hint, reminds me of some of the German cheeses I have tasted.

Not as nice as wine 1 but very acceptable
very bitter, I would have preferred this to be a lot sweeter
