I am sorry to read your comments, at the point the property was returned immediately following the tenant vacating, a couple of issues were raised which we attended to and we were assured that you were happy with the resolution. I have asked Lukas to contact you directly to discuss any further issues that may have arisen and hopefully we can resolve your comments. Properties are regularly inspected under the level of service you enjoyed and we do pride ourselves in the care of properties under management, all property will have an element of fair wear and tear during tenancies and I hope we can address any issue that may be still outstanding.
