They have been helpful all the way through , easy to access and queries answered, they are keen to help even after you have paid in full which is not always the case with other companies.

We agree that seating should indeed be a priority and the relevant departments have been advised in order to rectify this uncharacteristic oversight for future bookings, as a matter of importance. Quite good. It was so long ago we booked with them that this is a "little late" as I have made several other bookings with other groups since then, so it's hard to be precise.
