Hi Mick, thank you for your feedback and apologies for my slow reply. When you requested on 1 June to transfer off the 17 October trip, we applied our standard booking conditions. At that stage we anticipated the trek to go ahead, as everything was heading in the right direction with respect to Covid leading into the summer. Our Alpine Courses were running and we were optimistic about travel to Nepal. Sadly, we did subsequently have to cancel the trip in late August and of course we had no teams at all travel to Nepal in the autumn season. Rosie will be in touch as we'd like to refund you your transfer fee. We're also still holding onto a deposit for you without it having yet been assigned to a future trip. Please let us know at your convenience what you'd like us to do with that? I hope you are well and apologies once again for the slow response. Kind regards, Tom

I'm happy with the resolution of this & will be contacting Jagged Globe in due course to discuss future plans which I hope can take place this year.
