Easy way to collect the tickets , but I’ll have to be the online way

The booking process was straightforward , however I feel it would be a good idea to highlight in bold print and capitals where the tickets need to be collected from ... We went to the cinema as missed

I wasn’t pleased to find out that I didn’t pick up the tickets from the theatre, but from a box office a 10 minute walk away.

Just thought £10 on top of ticket price was excessive then extra £4 to have tickets mailed was like being gently mugged!
