Initial transaction declined but unable to book my first choice on subsequent purchase. A bit bemused by instruction to collect tickets despite being charged shipping.

Two comments
First try failed "cart mismatch", second try card rejected, 3rd try worked
On holiday so no printer available so can't bring printed copy to pick up tickets.
