Original provided an excellent service when sorting out a recent accident. The whole administration process was very smooth and they were updating me at each stage of the process.
Not good- This is because of the way an adviser dealt with incident reported on 3rd November 2017.I felt the adviser should have handle the incident with more empathy as I was feeling disoriented.
