Thank you for your review. We are sorry that you are disappointed with our service. Your claim was put on hold by the court pending the outcome of the Lipton v British Airways case. Unfortunately, this was outside of our control. Despite your claim taking longer than usual to settle, we are glad we were able to recover the maximum amount of compensation for you.
