Having reviewed the file, we can see that new turf was laid to the affected areas, along with some seeding to smaller patches, naturally the turf does require regular watering or rain whilst it establishes. As outlined in our email on 14th August, your repairs are covered by a 24 month warranty, during which we will address any issues related to defective workmanship or materials. Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear that once authorisation was given, the process moved efficiently and the work was completed quickly. We apologise for any disappointment regarding the gutter repair. Our records indicate that the gutter itself was not damaged, only the brackets were affected, pushing the gutter out of alignment, which our contractor corrected.
